Privacy

Aspiro exists so that your product thinking belongs to you. That principle governs how we handle data.

What we store

Your account (name and email address), your organization, and the content your team creates: evidence, insights, opportunities, solutions, experiments, metrics, goals, meetings, and documents. Metric sources you connect are queried read-only; we store the query results you configure, never your database credentials in plain text.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Microsoft Azure in the European Union (Sweden Central). Billing is handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. We use PostHog for product analytics — usage events, not the content of your workspace.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, use your workspace content to train models, or share it with third parties beyond the processors named above. Every item exports as plain markdown at any time, and you can request full deletion of your organization and its data by contacting us.
