Terms of service

These terms keep things plain: what you can expect from Aspiro, and what we expect from you.

The service

Aspiro provides a workspace for product discovery and decision-making. Discovery is free for individual use; inviting your team requires a paid plan. We may change plans and pricing with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a running billing period.

Your content

Everything your team writes in Aspiro remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store, display, and process it in order to run the service. Every item exports as plain markdown at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not use Aspiro to store unlawful content, to attempt unauthorized access to the service or other organizations' data, or to resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Aspiro is provided as-is during its early-access period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
